Proactive Kinetics created Murfreesboro Run Collective to elevate how our hometown runs. While social run groups offer great camaraderie, our team of sports physical therapists provides the clinical backbone—delivering evidence-based running science, stride optimization, and durability training directly to Boro runners. Whether you're tackling your first 5K or training for a half marathon on asphalt, we’re here to support your journey with the scientific insights needed to keep you moving pain-free.
Expert sports PT oversight: Access trusted clinical knowledge without the medical jargon or pushy treatment plans.
Smarter movement mechanics: Learn how step rate, footwear, and strength training protect your knees and heels.
Community-first care: Connect with physical therapists who are actively running the same trails and greenways you are.
